First of all, I am noticed that in order to avoid harmful app, the verify app is on by default. Also, verify app can turn ON or OFF from Google Settings app > Security > [Scan device for security threats] [Improve harmful app detection]
However, phenomenon of the Google Settings app’s setting changed arbitrarily is confirmed below. 1. Default Setting Scan device for security threats: ON Improve harmful app detection: ON 2. Connected to the Internet afterwards Scan device for security threats: OFF Improve harmful app detection: ON ※The setting was changed without any operation. 3. Unidentified moment Scan device for security threats: OFF Improve harmful app detection: OFF ※The setting was changed without any operation again. Base on the above phenomenon, please tell me the truth. 1. As Android OS5.1.1’s specification, is the above behavior correct? 2. If the above behavior correct, what is the conditions of the changing? 3. The above behavior is depend on device, or commonly for Android OS5.1.1?
