Strong BA skills in order to grasp details and translate into requirements. Goes without saying, candidate must have good communication and writing skills Understanding of Project management processes and functionalities and comfortable in working in Agile methodology (Understand Sprints, Scrum processes) Be a self-starter and take ownership of deliverables. Mature enough to understands deadlines and organized enough to deliver. Be able to juggle multiple project delivers if required. A good handle of Capital Markets and Products, with a keen understanding of life cycle of a trade Don't want a CPA, but must be familiar with Accounting rules and concepts and Regulatory Rules Can mine for data and technically savvy enough to pull data from databases using SQL and Excel Macros. Must be analytically strong Understand technology and Architecture flows. Don't need a programmer, but someone who understands functional requirement documents. Also, the firm uses JIRA processes, so hopefully has experience using such technology or can grasp. Understand reconciliation processes and Middle and Back office processes for data. Don't want a someone who understands the theory but has done similar tasks and gotten hands dirty.
