The free version of my game (which took QUITE A FEW 1 stars EXACTLY because of the inability to download the game, install the game, or experience immediate "Force Close" issues after an update) is 750K.
I guess you're lucky but do trust us - we're not trying to blame poor ratings on Google - that is, I've got several ratings with < 5 stars with comments which make sense, but I do blame Google for the 1 star ratings related to the Market app bugs.
