Throughout this adventure I've had the same nagging feeling I used to get about the whole world as a kid:
"This CAN'T be as insane and poorly managed as it seems." Anyone who works in IT has to be shaking their heads about how this has been mismanaged. Major you-know-what. Still inclined to wait and see rather than jump ship, but in over 20 years of development I've never seen a less engaged business partner.
