What happens if I sell a book on Google Checkout via an Auction. Maybe
I sell it for 99 cents + shipping. When it gets there they realize I
sent the wrong book. So rather than them spending the money to ship
the book back (more than 99 cents). I say keep it, and I will send you
the correct one.

My only point was there is no good way to offer discounts on a
purchase via checkout. What if we wanted to do a special Buy 2 get one
free? It can't be done. (Not saying other vendors can do it) but it
appears it can't be done.
