Please send your responses to [email protected] with your candidate resume and contact details. *Position: *SAP HR Consultant *Location: *Menlo Park , CA *Duration: **6-12 months* *Description: * · 5+ years of SAP HR implementation / Support experience Required · At least one end to end SAP implementation experience · Able to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates and deliver the desired functionality · Able to communicate effectively with team members and onsite managers both written and verbal Experience in Implementation and supporting projects · Proficient in ABAP Workbench, Reports, Interfaces, Data Dictionary, Classes, OOABAP, Module pool programming, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Interactive Adobe Forms, BDC?s, BADI?s Enhancement Spots, ALE/IDOC in HR module. · Working experience in OM,PA, Benefits, Time, Payroll modules related developments · Working experience in Reports, Interfaces ( Outbound and Inbound ) ,RFC function modules etc.. · Supporting ESS/MSS Applications ( we have On boarding, Leave request, Time sheet applications) · Good to have Knowledge / experience in HCM Process and Forms ( for supporting ECD Process) . · Good to have experience in workflow to troubleshoot the issues.
