*Role : EDI Analyst * *Location : Boston, MA* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Interview : Phone / Skype GC, USC, EAD GC Only* *Job Description* • As the Technical Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for data modeling and data extraction, gathering and evaluating requirements, creating user stories, and analyzing SQL queries to increase overall system functionality. • As the Systems Analyst you will be working with Rally to create user stories, will need to be proficient in SQL and should have experience with EDI and ETL technologies. Data extraction from the existing database will be one of the primary focuses of this role. • If you are passionate about joining one of the largest healthcare organizations in the US and have extensive experience working with SQL, ETL, and EDI, keep reading and apply below! *Job Requirement* • 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or IT Development • 5+ years of experience translating business requirements • Experience with two or more of the following: APIs, web services, REST methodology, creating XML/XSD/JSON files, EDI files, data mapping/modeling, web development • Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint • 5+ years of Relational Database experience *Primary Responsibilities:* • Create user stories in Rally • Participate in all Agile ceremonies (standup, sprint planning, retrospective, release planning) • Document new APIs / Services and modify existing ones after evaluating the following: user stories, business requirements, high level design documents and database models • Prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications for the API including documenting the internal and external schemas via Microsoft Word and Wiki • Create/modify XSD and JSON files for the corresponding API • Document mapping requirements and implement those rules in Altova MapForce • Work closely with Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Architects, Business Partners and other Technology teams at to ensure requirements and design are completely understood • Communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization • Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes *Qualifications:* • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions • Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology • Ability to work in highly technical environment • Experience working with test plans and test cases • Healthcare experience [image: cid:image001.jpg@01D2DA68.60080D00] Neha Saral VSG Business Solutions 221 Cornwell Dr Bear, DE n...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com Phone: 302-261-3207 Ext: 107 GTalk:neha....@gmail.com P Please consider the environment before printing this email Important!
