*Project Manager- Health Plan Experience*
*Dallas, TX* *06+ Months* *Client- Citius Tech* *Job Description:* · Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. · Master’s degree preferred. · 15 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of technology and/or healthcare business analysis of which at least 10 years included Project Management and staff management. · Prior health plan industry experience (HMO, PPO, POS, MAPD, Medicare, Medicaid, Dental etc.) · Prior experience with health plan claims and benefits administration software. · Should have 5 years of experience working in the health plan industry in areas such as claims processing, benefits configuration, member enrollment · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively as a liaison between both healthcare and technology teams. · Demonstrated excellence in the creation of traditional Project Plans, BRDs, FRDs, Use Case diagrams, Presentations, and other related diagrams and documentation. · Demonstrated experience and training in an Agile Methodology, preferably as a Scrum Master, Team Lead, or similar. · Self-driven and proactive. · Experience with SDLC, Agile and Traditional Project Management methodologies, and related software (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project) are a strong plus. · Strong experience with meeting management and presentations (PowerPoint preferred). · Familiarity with Relational Databases, Data Warehouses, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and SQL queries is strongly encouraged. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
