*Job Summary:* As a SailPoint IAM (Identity and Access Management)
Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for our organization. You will
work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project
managers, developers, and system administrators, to develop and deliver
robust IAM solutions that meet our business requirements. Your expertise in
SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM best practices will be instrumental in
ensuring the security, compliance, and efficient management of user
identities and access rights within our organization.



*Responsibilities:*

Design and architect SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on business
requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders
to gather and analyze IAM requirements.

Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure
the security and integrity of user identities and access controls.

Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ modules to meet specific
business needs.

Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of SailPoint
IdentityIQ with various target systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR
systems, and application platforms.

Define and implement role-based access controls (RBAC), entitlements, and
user provisioning/deprovisioning processes.

Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate
identity and access management risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues related to SailPoint IAM solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IAM technologies
and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain documentation, including architectural designs,
implementation plans, and standard operating procedures.



*Qualifications:*

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related
field. Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint
certifications, are highly desirable.

Proven experience as a SailPoint IAM Architect or similar role, with a
strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best
practices.

Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including
installation, configuration, customization, and integration with target
systems.

Solid understanding of RBAC, access controls, and identity lifecycle
management.

Proficient in programming/scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or
PowerShell, for customization and automation.

Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.

Experience with enterprise-level IAM deployments and integrating IAM
solutions with complex application ecosystems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design
and implement scalable and efficient IAM solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
effectively.
