Beyond those, I have heard generally good things about _Professional
Android Application Development_ by Reto Meier. I read Ed Burnette's
_Hello, Android_ -- it goes into much more depth on 2D/3D graphics than
I do, but there are other topics it does not delve into due to its brevity.
