I haven't read them all, but I like Mark Murphy's book. Also, it's like a three-for-one deal, because he's got two other Android books (although not yet finished) that come with it when you buy a site subscription...Geez, that sounds like a sales pitch. I'm really not affiliated with him - just a happy customer.
