Key points to highlight: 1. Final deadline for submissions is August 31 2. The official terms and conditions are available (see http://code.google.com/android/adc/adc2_terms.html) 3. We've clarified eligibility of applications. To be specific, applications that are available on Android Market before August 1, 2009 will not be eligible to participate in the contest. Thus, open source projects are eligible so long as the app itself is not made available on the Android Market prior to August 1.
