you're right except that they are people who were unaware of ADC1 and took polish ADC 2 a bit later, these people may be have very googd ideas and have worked too hard during the few time they have. they had especially hope in seeing the site Submitting be delayed a bit, so why not one or two weeks more it will not do anyone any harm,except that it will be more interesting ideas, increasing the challenge and all happy
