I disagree, Google should ban this developer. >From http://www.android.com/market/terms/developer-content-policy.html :
"Developers should not upload or otherwise make available applications...[that include or link to]...violations of intellectual property rights, including patent, copyright (see Google's DMCA Policy), trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party." According to reports one of the reasons Apple banned this developer is due to his applications aggregating copyrighted material for which he had no claims. This also violates Google's Developer agreement. This is not a case of censorship. This is a case of a developer in breach of contract. He should be banned.
