Actually, in most of the USA (and much of the world) legal documents
are interpreted based on what a "common man" would expect them to
mean, modulo any applicable laws/regulations/etc. So...

Also, "The hardware will do its best approximation." The -best-
approximation of "the specific orange in the led" is not "green".
