Is nobody from Google going to chime in on any of these threads? This is a total fucking farce if you ask me, just another example of Google not giving any respect to the development community. They're already taxing us, and now they're changing the rules, upping the refund period and holding us responsible for refunds? Without even being decent enough to tell us in plain english? What a joke.
