Amen brother! I think I'll use your method of answering bad comments.
It is frustrating in the extreme to see someone go through the effort to write a comment and post it to the market place when they could have just as easily emailed it to the developer who could have, 1) explained what is really happening, 2) ask them exactly what they are doing to cause this issue, or 3) just tell them that you'll start working on a fix asap. I find myself hating my own users!!
