Quick update, When we disabled ("OFF") the copyright settings for our "Money
Now" app in the android market, the HTC Eris phone were able to show our
app.However, we don't know how to solve the problem (as a developer) on our end to keep the Copyright feature "ON" in the android market setting, and still show up on the Eris phones. I would guess these problems are more to do with handset providers & maybe even Android Marketplace. These kind of problems would cause overhead on app developers to make sure their app shows up on all phones, not assume putting their app in Android Market will automatically be delivered in all device (at-least I assumed).
