I am in a situation where I want to make alot of android-phones "fool- proof", so that a company or agency can distribute phones with certain apps installed, and maybe even the apps configured in a certain way. It should be easy to reset the phone to this state, perhaps through the factory reset. Is there any documentation on how to do this? I see this as something very important for Android to be used in these contexts. Relying on the personell to configure and care for the settings of their phone is not an option in this case.
