I figured it out:
Java:
package test.current
...
Intent i = new Intent();
i.setClassName("test.current", "test.another.MyActivity");
startActivity(i);
Manifest:
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android";
package="test.current"/>
...
<activity android:name="test.current.MyActivity"/>
<activity android:name="test.another.MyActivity"/>
...
What I was doing wrong was setting the wrong packagename on the
intent, see my first post to compare.
