That's what the DMCA is for. Sent a notice to the site and they're legally required to take your stuff down. If they don't, sent a notice to their provider, and they're legally required to take the site down. Now, if they want to fight you, they can file a counter-notice, and then it has to go to court, but in practice, if they're genuinely guilty, it doesn't go that far.
