I hate to start off negatively, but I think your users need only one app,
not like 120! Your ADC submission excuse about packageing all agencies in
one app is lame. Stay with me for a moment...

Scenario: In the San Francisco Bay area, there are about four or more
transit agencies of interest.

Current use case: Find the AnyStop applications for each agency of interest
in the Market (a daunting task), download each one, switch between
applications when swtiching between agencies, possibly reposition my
location.

Better use case: Find AnyStop application in the Market, download it, it
shows a list of agencies near my current location, select the ones I want,
wait a moment for the subscriptions to fill the cache, switch betwen
agencies in the application.

Also - and it's been mentioned several times - as a rule of thumb for any
application, don't bundle data with the application unless absolutely
necessary.
