Hi, Yes, i know this was already often asked, but no one ever posted the solution. Seems that the "android id" is NOT the serial number, because it requires you to access the Market before it is assigned. The serial number is displayed when you type: > adb devices
The number displayed **is** the serial number of the device. I could confirm that because the same number that appears in the adb list is written behind the battery as "S/N". Does someone know how to get access to that number in the device?
