You can try connecting the phone with USB Debugging disabled (don't mount your sdcard as a removable media from the Nexus One option either), and then once the phone is connected you enable USB Debugging in Settings>Applications>Development>USB debugging. Sometimes my Eclipse IDE doesn't recognize my Nexus One on Windows 7 Ultimate (32bits) but following that procedure fixs the problem. Good luck!
