What is "the android system"? If you mean the Android firmware, you may wish to coordinate your efforts with the other engineers working on this problem over on [android-platform]: http://groups.google.com/group/android-platform If nothing else, that list (or [android-porting] if you are not planning on contributing changes to the Android open source project) is a better place for firmware-related questions.
