Instead of a circle why not just use the bounds of the map, and show any location that fits your criteria that is also inside the map? It's easier to do and probably more useful.

mapView.getLatitudeSpan()
mapView.getLongitudeSpan()

Excuse me,when know the point of longtitude and latitude we can do the projection.But my situation is that after input the number we can do the nearby search.The search range will be the circle of radius which is the number you inputed.my question is how can i convert the range of circle to the longtitude and latitude of the map.Thanks --
