I am also getting mixed reports and feedback.

FCC has filed device specs but is also withholding some data till later.

It may not have GPS, but TMO may plan to use triangulation as it will be
work best in indoor environments. This could be another lockout for
developers that depend on GPS usage. Hope, if TMO did use triangulation they
will also open it up from their network level to 3rd party apps.
