May I know exactly how?

I have successfully downloaded an apk using the emulator into the
sdcard but it says
"For security, your phone is set to block installation of applications
not sourced in Android Market"
(when I click settings at the prompt, it crashes......)

How do I change the settings using the GUI?

Thanks
