But as I understand, needs and level can vary quite a bit. If you don't mind sharing your idea publicly here in this forum, maybe we can help to gather the right development skills, or even suggest some software that already exists or can be easily adapted for your needs. What exactly do you mean by "communicate"? Does your brother speak understandably? Would you like some software that speaks aloud sentences your brother enters somehow by touching the phone or using the phone's keyboard? Or do you mean by "communicate" to be able to chat with other (possibly autistic) people over the phone, either typing or speaking?
