Yep, this is straight out of the agreement T-Mobile uses for their portal.
The problem is that there is no way we can tell if a developer decides to
stock to both sites, putting us in violation.

Wait until everyone finds out they can't charge for games through T-Mobile,
as it's a condition of tmo's developer program. T-Mobile requires them to go
through aggregators. I'm sure all game developers will be thrilled.
