I have the $25/month data plan with t-mobile for my G1. I talked to T-
mobile representatives (more like confronting them about it since they
didn't even know this to begin with), and they told me that IMAP
emails use SMS for data transfer, which eats away at my 400 SMS/month
messaging limit (non-Google Talk instant messages use SMS as well).
Would it be possible for you to add an option to K9 Mail client to use
Internet access for IMAP communication instead of SMS as the built in
email client?

Thank you!

Alex
