Hi, The ota updates seem to be sent from google not t-mobile.
As you probably know, you still receive the ota updates even if you are not using t-mobile, they can be received through wifi as well as through your (non t-mobile) mobile provider. If you are not using t-mobile (or wifi) you just need ensure you mobile plan does not charge you excessively for data. It would be good if a notification could be received BEFORE the ota updates are downloaded - so that you could switch to wifi for the download. This would help if you don't have 3G or your mobile plan for data is expensive.
