It is a known bug, but if you are a tmobile customer you -need- to call 611 and ask them about it, complain, etc. Otherwise it will continue to be "good enough" (evidently the design was "under 10 seconds" and while it even misses -that- for some people, there is no motivation to fix it until tmob leans on google.)
