Personally I don't think it a matter of censorship. I think it hasn't been
released because they don't want to give that kind of capability to a phone
that most ppl paid less than 200 bucks for. I think the G1 can do it and
though I'm not a developer, something tells me that its probably not as
difficult (in the technical sense) as people make it seem. I think the
obstacle is on a coporate level.

Note: Censorship can't be it because parental observation is easy now a
days. If google can track and watch your every move then why can't a parent?
They can the problem is they don't care enough anymore they let MTV and BET
raise their kids and buy them a G1 just to shut them up knowing nothing
about it. Google has to be the #1 porn search engine, I doubt they're
worried about censoring.
*Also I agree with the worthless abundance of stupid applications in the
market. I thought this phone was for adults who are tech savvy, not mindless
kids. Light sabre and fart sounds...wtf?

Just my thoughts.

I check the 'market' every day from my G1. Nothing yet for watching

but lots of stupid crap like farting things and light sabres and all
sorts of childish crap. What the hell
is the story with some kind of FLASH viewer or something??? Will we
ever see this? Or is
Google now in the business of censorship.
