I've also been expecting for this announcement and been wondering what's keeping them. Hopefully they are only late. Would hate to see the ADC II canceled.

I had been thinking for a while that they were supposed to announce ADC II in 2008 Q4. Then, I ran across another reference to their announcement plans (I forget where) that caused me to think I mis-interpreted the timing.
