This is a typical example of self reference. If I google  "android dev
phone 1.1" I only find this forum (and this specific thread)...

If I make the search a little bit broader I only find very complex
content, pages where big installation processes are described - and I
am not even sure which specific software or firmware they are talking
about. I thought there would be an "easy" process how to flash it. Or
at least a trustable source to download the coorect file...
