I am pretty happy with googles investment in android given the level
of ownership they've retained. Google does not stand to profit more
from android then tmobile htc or other carrier or own partners.
Currently google employees do lead the project' but I bet if all
demand to switch to a new mail client in the main branch we will
eventually get it. I just want a base64 encoder. It wouldn't hurt
to add xpath ksoap to as a currently maintained package.
