I went to Richie street (kind of like frys but set in a street full of thousands of electronic shops) in Chennai and asked for a micro sd card. They gave me a choice between a 4MB sandisk and kingston. I chose kingston and bought it for Rs.450 ($10).
That's what we have here. No 8MB, no 16MB.. nothing. Either they are not here or out of stock.
