Thanks for the feedback ... For the record, a few months ago I bought an 8 Gig card for a "good price" in a "bulk package" from some company that sells via Amazon ... it died unexpectedly ... I thought it was under warranty so I attempted to get it replaced. Apparently the "bulk packaged" ones are not under warranty so the price was not so good after all.
For some wacky reason yesterday I bought two Kingston 8 Gig class 4 cards in midtown Manhattan at a "Going Out of Business" sale from a small electronics store. (If you are not from NYC never do this unless you are willing to haggle or don't mind being ripped off). Thing is that I knew the price was OKish and it they were in the original blister pack. If you saw the movie Zohan you have an idea of what the transaction was like. i++ On Thu, Feb 26, 2009 at 2:57 AM, Muthu Ramadoss <[email protected]> wrote: > Al, Good catch. It was "GB".. my bad.
