I've downloaded the source, used the instructions to get the "proprietary files" from the vendors directory and built as per the instructions on the Android site.
I'm not really sure if it works and don't dare flash my own phone cos I'd rather not spend a few days running from forum to site to figure out how to get the phone up and running again in case I brick it.
