A note for people following this thread I have seen some signs in the api as far as which direction Google/OHA is going as far as widgets and do not think dxtop's or my efforts wil interfere with it. But that widget plan is down the road as opposed to now as there is some heavy lifting invovled in getting w3c web widgets in Androoid.
