I've been following a number of threads about taxation, sales, who is 
and who isn't selling the apps etc.  Now the confusion up till now was 
who sold the applications to consumers.  Was it Google or the 
developer.  I think the outcome was the developer selling the apps to 
consumers and the developer received cost - 30%.  If this is the case 
why is it now of concern to Google whether the developer has a bona fide 
business?  They were playing the middleman before but now ...

I get more confused every day ... that's probably to do with my age 
though  :-)
