Exactly.
This is something that anyone capable of writing apps should be able
to understand. I've never heard of a computer science program (i.e.
college/university) that didn't require at least a rudimentary BOOLEAN
LOGIC course....

where X = "is a program"
A = "in accordance with the Android SDK"
B = "distributed via the market".

X = (A and B)
notX = not(A and B)
notX = notA or notB

This one's one of "De Morgan's Laws" in case anyone wants to look it
up.
