Yes exactly. That's why what we need, in addition to the formal
agreement, is the point of view of Google about all these legal
questions we have.
Community, (and even lawyers') opinion about how the agreement should
be understood is interesting, but the real intent of Google is really
needed too !
Be it about what could be future changes, or even about what points
are really at risk to be legally enforced, and what Google does not
really care, and is tolerant about.
