So far, it seems that Google hasn't done that much to advertise/ promote Android, especially over other mobile platforms that it develops for (ie. the iPhone)
Today I saw on google.com this big icon/link button for google chrome, saying "A faster way to browse the web. Download google chrome" Google has always promoted some of its new services with links on the homepage, and so why not android? Maybe when (if?) Android Market is browsable online, google should add a link to their homepage, showing how android is better than the rest?
