May be yes, maybe no. Immaterial, if you want to see any results
anytime soon. Speaking of results, there's a few things that can be
done:
1. Drop connect/write/read timeouts. I run with 4s and it works out
fine
2. Re-tries. And added effort, sure.
3. Monitor network status. When there's no connectivity, do not even
try to connect to a server
4. Keep user informed what's going on. This goes a long way.
