Try releasing a paid app and see if you get the same feedback. Devs have every right to charge for their software - like I said earlier its a dollar and buyers have a well working refund policy. Look at the quality of apps such as Abduction and aHome to name a couple where the devs have clearly invested huge amounts of time. Why should these items be free?
