They haven't dropped Bluetooth, they only support certain aspects.

and, imho, the other big missing part of Bluetooth support, tethering, is at;

As the tethering RFE dates back to December last year and the file transfer one 
dates back to the start of this year and they're both still labelled as "New" 
I'm guessing we're not going to see these fixed any time soon.

Why did they drop something as useful as bluetooth?
 Is the API under works? Or they will never support it? Any idea?
