Hi, There seems to be good news for all who wanted outlook sync in android.
Google today allowed outlook sync with google apps. http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/business/outlook_sync.html#utm_medium=et&utm_source=us-en-entblog&utm_campaign=en I do not have any android phone but I believe you can sync from google apps to your android phone.
