And when this law states that you may not *from within this
jurisdiction* assist someone in committing a crime *in any
jurisdiction*? For example, If you are within the US and you hold a
telephone call to someone in Canada, giving them instructions to
commit a murder IN CANADA, are you not liable for that crime? You most
certainly ARE.
